Each member of the group is to go home and get their mommy (or another member of the target market) to test the current PnP site by getting them to do the following tasks on the PnP website and a competitor's (Woolworths) website and seeing how many clicks it takes them to achieve them:
1. Buy some dog food for a puppy.
2. Find out when the PnP closest to you closes on a Sunday.
3. Find the recipe for a chicken salad.
4. Find out who the CEO of PnP is.
